Our Story
Founded in 1994, Leigh Pennycuick is the Principal Consultant and sole proprietor of Pennycuick Consulting. Leigh originally started the business as a direct response to a demand for his expertise in employee surveys.
Since then Pennycuick Consulting has grown and evolved, and now focuses on helping a wide variety of organisations navigate the world of cultural and organisational change; team development; employee engagement and coaching.
Over his career Leigh has worked with a variety of types and sizes of organisations including: Local and State Government Agencies and Councils; Not-for-Profit organisations, and private organisations spanning sectors such as financial and professional services, oil and gas, manufacturing, and resources and utilities.
Working with all types of people and professionals, at all levels within an organisation, and getting into the minds and hearts of individuals, is a particular skill of Leigh’s. He can help your organisation design, manage and achieve positive change and employee engagement and will work with you and your staff every step of the way. Leigh is trustworthy, committed and has the practical know-how to work towards realistic and specific people solutions.

With Pennycuick Consulting, it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. Leigh recommends an initial face-to-face meeting to help you decide if he is the right fit for your organisation and to further understand the needs, gaps and possible solutions for your business.
The initial consultation is offered at no cost and will be promptly followed up with a proposal for identified services (including a fixed price quotation and/or hourly rate) for your consideration.
